📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and appointments for senior staff
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, venues, and catering
- Prepare and distribute letters, reports, and memos
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Support preparation of budgets and expense reports
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
- Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide general office support
- Support special events and internal projects
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proven administrative experience (2+ years)
