📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars and appointments for senior staff
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, venues, and catering
  • Prepare and distribute letters, reports, and memos
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Support preparation of budgets and expense reports
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
  • Greet visitors, answer calls, and provide general office support
  • Support special events and internal projects
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Proven administrative experience (2+ years)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
