📞 Customer Service Representative – Cigna (Kisumu)
Join our young and dynamic Cigna team in Kisumu as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while gaining global exposure in the healthcare industry.
🧾 Role & Responsibilities
- Handle daily customer queries while prioritizing service excellence.
- Meet productivity and quality standards set by management.
- Manage customer cases from start to finish with follow-ups.
- Record all interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Handle and protect medical documents following GDPR standards.
- Liaise with departments like claims, medical advisers, and finance for query resolution.
- Communicate with customers in foreign languages where applicable.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a business-related field.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Foreign language skills are an added advantage.
📅 Work Conditions
- Must commit to 45 hours per week.
- Willing to work rotational shifts (24/7 including weekends).
- Mandatory 6-week in-office induction training.
