📞 Customer Service Representative – Cigna (Kisumu)

Join our young and dynamic Cigna team in Kisumu as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while gaining global exposure in the healthcare industry.

🧾 Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle daily customer queries while prioritizing service excellence.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards set by management.
  • Manage customer cases from start to finish with follow-ups.
  • Record all interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Handle and protect medical documents following GDPR standards.
  • Liaise with departments like claims, medical advisers, and finance for query resolution.
  • Communicate with customers in foreign languages where applicable.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a business-related field.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Foreign language skills are an added advantage.

📅 Work Conditions

  • Must commit to 45 hours per week.
  • Willing to work rotational shifts (24/7 including weekends).
  • Mandatory 6-week in-office induction training.
