Influencer Outreach Assistant – Remote (Kenya)
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our influencer marketing efforts, helping brands discover, connect with, and manage partnerships with TikTok creators who can drive results. You’ll research and shortlist influencers, send outreach messages, track responses, and organize campaign details — ensuring strategies run smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Research and identify TikTok influencers aligned with client goals.
- Craft and send professional outreach messages using guidelines.
- Maintain influencer databases with accurate details.
- Coordinate follow-ups, manage communication, and track response rates.
- Assist in organizing timelines, deliverables, and reports.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year in influencer outreach, social media, or admin support.
- Strong written communication with a professional tone.
- Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
- Familiar with TikTok trends, communities, and features.
- Available full-time during U.S. business hours (40 hrs/week).
Technical Requirements:
- Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet (min 15 Mbps up/down).
- PC/laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent).
