About the Job:
We are looking for a diligent Cleaning Supervisor to manage and guide our cleaning team at our Kisumu depot/offices. The role involves ensuring all areas meet high cleanliness standards, organizing work schedules, training new staff, and conducting regular inspections to maintain efficiency and quality.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; cleaning/facilities certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in cleaning or supervisory roles (commercial/industrial preferred).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to train, support, and motivate team members.
- Attention to detail with accountability for high standards.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety practices.
- Problem-solving, time management, and adaptability.
Key Competencies:
- Manage daily cleaning operations and staff schedules.
- Train staff on procedures, safety, and equipment use.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance.
- Monitor inventory and reorder supplies when needed.
