Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized table service to VIP guests, anticipating needs with discretion.
- Guide guests on premium bottle service menu and recommend spirits, champagne, and mixers.
- Execute bottle service presentation with flair and precision.
- Manage the entire guest experience at assigned tables, including payments via POS.
- Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with security, bartenders, and wait staff for smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of VIP sections.
- Handle cash and card transactions with integrity.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Polished, professional appearance.
- Engaging, confident, and charismatic personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of spirits, champagne, and cocktails; willingness to learn.
- Sales-oriented and able to upsell gracefully.
- Team player, capable of working independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional under pressure.
- Previous experience in bottle service, high-end waitressing, or luxury guest services preferred.
- Available for late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
