Influencer Relationship Executive – FF Solutions (Kisumu)
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will drive the brand’s engagement through strategic influencer collaborations — sourcing, onboarding, managing and measuring creator partnerships across short-video and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Expanding Influencer Resources
- Actively search and contact local, high-quality influencers and expand the brand’s influencer resource library.
- Discover influencers via TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and offline channels; evaluate fit, audience and content quality.
- Communicate cooperation models, activity requirements and settlement rules to ensure smooth partnerships.
Cooperation Follow-up & Management
- Customize cooperation plans and discuss creative/script requirements with influencers to meet brand needs.
- Track influencer video releases, collect links, and verify playback volume and quality against agreed standards.
- Coordinate post-campaign processes including performance analysis, fee settlement, and long-term partnership planning.
Creative Planning Support
- Assist in writing short video scripts and discuss creative directions with influencers, offering practical suggestions.
- Optimize content formats per platform to improve engagement and conversion performance.
Data Recording & Feedback
- Record cooperation metrics (views, engagement, conversion) for all influencers and maintain accurate logs.
- Organize regular performance reports and recommend optimizations for future collaborations.
Brand Event Support
- Support planning and execution of brand events; recruit and coordinate suitable influencers for on-site participation.
- Assist with on-site content capture and ensure timely delivery of event assets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Journalism or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or relevant social media roles.
- Strong ability to identify, approach and negotiate with influencers; excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in short video content creation or scriptwriting and a creative mindset.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proficient at tracking and reporting campaign data.
- Proactive learner with a strong interest in social media trends and local influencer market knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects without compromising quality.
