Sales Representative – I&M Bank Kisumu
Purpose:
The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling the bank’s products, meeting customer needs, identifying leads, building relationships, and interacting directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell I&M Bank products and services.
- Contact leads, set appointments, and present bank products.
- Assist clients with completing forms and submitting them to branches.
- Attend activations, door-to-door campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up on leads and maintain consistent customer communication.
- Cross-sell banking products to existing customers.
Person Specifications:
- Diploma/Degree in a business-related field.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations tailored to customer needs.
- Strong relationship management and customer service orientation.
