Mogo Finance is hiring Customer Care Agents to provide top-notch support to clients at branch level. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, update client records, and assist with reporting to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Log complaints and track resolution through provided systems.
- Generate loan statements, update client records, and process account amendments.
- Support preparation of reports and research customer issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately and follow up to ensure closure.
- Participate in ad hoc customer surveys and other tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven background in customer care or client-facing roles.
- Proficiency in computer systems and ERP software.
