Role Summary
Rafode Ltd, a fast-growing FinTech lender headquartered in Kisumu, seeks an IT Officer to manage and oversee IT infrastructure, security, systems, and digital platforms. The role reports to the Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Network and security management.
- Database management.
- Manage client details by creating and maintaining accounts.
- System development (Vision System).
- Provide user-level technical support for end users, computers, and printers.
- Train users on applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, etc.).
- System updates, virus checking, spyware removal, and data backup.
- Monitor and maintain printers and copiers.
- Develop and update website and intranet.
- Social media management and digital marketing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science.
- CCNA Certification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT experience.
- Knowledge of various networking systems.
- Experience with computer and printer maintenance.
- Creative and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
