Position: Administration and Operations Coordinator (KMR/5)
Reports to: Program Fiscal Manager
Location: Kisumu
Duration: 1-year renewable contract
⏰ Deadline: November 30, 2025

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and calls
  • Coordinate with U.S.-based collaborators
  • Anticipate project needs and priorities
  • Organize travel logistics and itineraries
  • Draft correspondence and reports
  • Support academic writing tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and use digital/AI tools
  • Occasionally travel between Kisumu and Nairobi
  • Assist with social media and online presence

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
  • Detail-oriented and organized in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Experience in academic writing or social media management
