Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and calls
- Coordinate with U.S.-based collaborators
- Anticipate project needs and priorities
- Organize travel logistics and itineraries
- Draft correspondence and reports
- Support academic writing tasks
- Maintain accurate records and use digital/AI tools
- Occasionally travel between Kisumu and Nairobi
- Assist with social media and online presence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Detail-oriented and organized in fast-paced settings
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Experience in academic writing or social media management
