Job Purpose: Cabin Crew
Location: Dubai, UAE (with global flights)
Salary: Tax-free - Avg AED 11,244/month (Approx. Ksh 380,000)
Basic Salary: AED 4,980/month
Flying Pay: AED 69.60/hour (avg 80-100 hours/month)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure passenger safety as the highest priority
- Provide exceptional customer service to passengers from diverse cultures
- Manage aircraft services, security, and safety procedures
- Lead confidently during emergency situations
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for all passengers
- Represent Emirates' brand values: professional, empathetic, progressive
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality/customer service
- High school graduate (Grade 12) or higher
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Minimum height 160cm (able to reach 212cm on tiptoes)
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Culturally aware and adaptable
- Must meet UAE employment visa requirements
Salary & Benefits Breakdown:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980/month (tax-free)
- Flying Pay: AED 69.60/hour (avg 80-100 hours/month)
- Average Total Pay: AED 11,244/month (~Ksh 380,000)
