Position Overview
Job Title: Pharmaceutical Technologist
Location: Kisumu, Kenya
Reports to: Pharmacy in-Charge
Deadline: Pharmacy in-Charge
Experience: Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical operations
Overall Purpose of the Job
Responsible for reviewing prescriptions and accurate dispensing of medication in order to achieve effective treatment for the patient.
Key Responsibilities
- Prescription validation, verification and dispensing
- Management of pharmacy inventory
- Preparation of quality reports as required by internal and external customers
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations guiding the pharmacy profession
Position Requirements
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- At least 2 years of appropriate experience in pharmaceutical operations
- ICT competency
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self motivated and a team player
- Pleasant personality
