About the Position

Medprime Training College is seeking a proactive and organized Front Office Manager to oversee front desk operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support smooth branch administration. The ideal candidate will manage staff performance, coordinate communication, and uphold the college's professional image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise front office operations and ensure efficient service delivery
  • Manage reception staff, schedules, and workflow
  • Handle client inquiries, student admissions, and correspondence promptly
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems

Qualifications and Requirements
