Position: Executive Office Administrator
Job Description
The Executive Office Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position requires a professional with strong organizational skills and experience in NGO administration.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, HR, or Accounts
- 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience
- Strong IT skills and computer literacy
- Experience with Intellimis School Management Software or similar ERPs preferred
- Experience in NGO or non-profit sector is an advantage
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a Christian organization environment
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in office management software
- Strong administrative and clerical abilities
- Experience with donor reporting and documentation
- Understanding of NGO operations and compliance
- Ability to handle confidential information
