Position: Inventory Supervisor
Location: KBL Kisumu Warehouse Operations
Reporting to: Operations Controller
Key Responsibilities
- Daily review of all SAP data postings (issues, receipts and transfers)
- Daily review of physical daily counts and feedback to inventory supervisors
- Follow up on warehouse shorts and excesses reported in daily counts
- Execute monthly stock takes
- Daily physical vs system reconciliation for beer, Keg UDV
- Reconcile all receipts from Trade dispatches, inter-warehouse transfers and reversals
- Reconcile breakages for Kisumu and develop weekly/monthly breakages reports
- Report and present inventory status weekly in contact review, HOD and inventory meetings
- Conduct Kisumu Beer, Keg, UDV Empties stock take and post in SAP
- Escalate and obtain variance explanations daily for Kisumu
- Follow up on closure of all variances reported in daily reconciliation
- Provide guidance to SAP Data clerks on all system reversals
Required Profile
- Business Degree in Finance/Accounting or Operations/Supply Chain Management
- Professional Certification in CPA/ACCA/APICS/CIPS is an added advantage
- Experience with SAP systems and inventory management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
