Role Purpose
To provide professional, ethical and customer-focused nutrition services that support client wellness goals while driving sales performance and brand credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer evidence-based nutrition consultations to clients
- Assess clients' nutritional needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support customers with nutrition education and lifestyle guidance
- Promote Healthy U products ethically and professionally
- Participate in nutrition activations, wellness campaigns and outreach programs
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
- Work closely with retail, marketing and category teams to drive performance
- Uphold company values, policies and customer service standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nutrition or Dietetics or related field
- Registered with a recognized professional body (e.g., KNDI or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in clinical, retail, wellness, or community nutrition
- Strong communication, interpersonal & problem-solving skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with high professional integrity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with excellent customer service
