Nature of the Job: Full-time
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the Administration Department
- Manage procurement and purchasing of items required by all departments
- Maintain proper issuance, recording, and requisitioning of administration items
- Supervise, train, and evaluate cleaning staff
- Oversee front office operations, including visitor reception
- Coordinate travel logistics, accommodation, and welfare for employees
- Liaise with local food suppliers ensuring quality standards
- Prepare periodic administrative reports (procurement, inventory, supplier performance)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and workplace safety
- Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field
- At least 3–5 years' experience in administration and supervisory roles
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and office administration

- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
