Job Overview: Customer Care Officer
Qualifications: Bachelor/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
Experience: Proven background in customer care or client-facing roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients visiting the branch by addressing inquiries professionally
- Maintain feedback loop with CX in HQ
- Log complaints and queries in provided system
- Conduct NPS measurements and customer surveys
- Generate loan statements and provide final balances
- Process account amendments as required
- Update client records in ERP system
- Assist in preparation of reports
- Research and resolve customer inquiries/complaints
- Escalate unresolved issues through proper channels
- Follow up on customer calls where necessary
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Proven background in customer care or client-facing roles
- Fast and efficient in handling customer needs
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changes
- Strong customer experience and relationship management skills
- Excellent phone and email etiquette
- Must be willing to be stationed at Kisumu, Eldoret, Mombasa or Ruiru
