Social Media Operations Manager - International Brands (Kisumu)
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Operations Manager to lead and scale the overseas social media presence of our three core brands—Twyford Tile, MICASSO Tile, and FRENCIA Bath—across multiple international markets. This role will own strategy, content, data performance, and team leadership across major global platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Operations:
- Own end-to-end social media operations for three brands across 9 overseas markets (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Develop market-specific operation strategies tailored to each region
- Monitor social media trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activities
Content & Campaign Management:
- Lead social media content strategy and execution for each brand
- Manage new product launches, promotions, and professional community outreach
- Create tile and bathroom application case studies
- Produce short-form video and visual content
- Plan and execute overseas social media marketing campaigns
Team & Performance:
- Lead and manage the overseas social media operations team
- Monitor and analyze platform performance data (reach, engagement, conversion)
- Produce regular performance reports and optimize strategies
- Collaborate with PR team for unified brand communication
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 5–8+ years experience in overseas social media operations
- 2–3+ years team management experience
- Experience at leading social media agency or international brand
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content distribution
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok paid promotion
- Proven overseas social media operation cases
Preferred:
- Experience in building materials industry (tiles, bathrooms, sanitary ware)
- Knowledge of professional user communities (masons/tilers)
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
- Short-form video content production experience
- Strong data analysis and performance optimization skills
- Multi-language proficiency (English, French, or other market languages)
