Job Overview: Warehouse Assistant
Location: Kisumu, Kenya

Experience: Minimum 3 years warehouse supervision
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and dispatch of goods
- Manage inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks and monitor performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams for timely order fulfillment
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or inventory management
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA standards
