Field Sales Executive - Car Tracking & Fleet Management (Kisumu)
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kisumu, specializing in car tracking and fleet management solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the vehicle security and fleet management sector.
Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and generate new sales leads for car tracking and fleet management services
- Conduct sales visits to individuals, fleet owners, and corporate clients
- Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Provide accurate reports on sales activity and market feedback
- Educate clients on product usage and benefits during onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum KCSE qualification
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field
- Proven experience in field sales
- Experience selling car tracking solutions is highly desirable
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Location
Kisumu, Kenya - This is a field-based position covering Kisumu and surrounding areas
