Position Overview
Our client in the education sector is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to lead student recruitment efforts and enhance brand visibility through targeted field engagement, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.
This role requires a proactive, performance-oriented professional capable of managing assigned territories, building high-value relationships, and consistently achieving enrollment targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Student Recruitment & Lead Generation
- Identify and engage prospective students across schools, colleges, and local communities
- Execute outreach initiatives including school visits, education fairs, and community activations
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, messaging, and in-person interactions
2. Sales Conversion & Enrollment Support
- Provide accurate guidance on academic programs, career pathways, and admission requirements
- Support prospective students through the application and enrollment process
- Address inquiries and objections professionally and effectively
- Achieve defined enrollment targets within specified timelines
3. Partnership Development
- Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, career teachers, and community stakeholders
- Develop referral partnerships with healthcare institutions and relevant organizations
- Identify and pursue new collaboration opportunities to expand reach
4. Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, career days, and community events
- Promote programs through targeted distribution of marketing materials
- Organize and support local awareness campaigns and information sessions
5. Territory Management
- Manage and grow assigned geographic territories effectively
- Plan and execute weekly outreach and engagement schedules
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights and intelligence
6. Reporting & Administration
- Submit daily and weekly activity reports
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments
- Ensure timely updates and effective use of CRM systems

Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment within a similar field is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Willingness to travel within assigned regions
