Position Overview

Our client in the education sector is seeking a results-driven Field Sales Representative to lead student recruitment efforts and enhance brand visibility through targeted field engagement, partnerships, and outreach initiatives.

This role requires a proactive, performance-oriented professional capable of managing assigned territories, building high-value relationships, and consistently achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Recruitment & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage prospective students across schools, colleges, and local communities
  • Execute outreach initiatives including school visits, education fairs, and community activations
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, messaging, and in-person interactions

2. Sales Conversion & Enrollment Support

  • Provide accurate guidance on academic programs, career pathways, and admission requirements
  • Support prospective students through the application and enrollment process
  • Address inquiries and objections professionally and effectively
  • Achieve defined enrollment targets within specified timelines

3. Partnership Development

  • Establish and maintain relationships with school administrators, career teachers, and community stakeholders
  • Develop referral partnerships with healthcare institutions and relevant organizations
  • Identify and pursue new collaboration opportunities to expand reach

4. Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Represent the organization at exhibitions, career days, and community events
  • Promote programs through targeted distribution of marketing materials
  • Organize and support local awareness campaigns and information sessions

5. Territory Management

  • Manage and grow assigned geographic territories effectively
  • Plan and execute weekly outreach and engagement schedules
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights and intelligence

6. Reporting & Administration

  • Submit daily and weekly activity reports
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments
  • Ensure timely updates and effective use of CRM systems

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Willingness to travel within assigned regions
