Job Summary
Otro Night Club is looking for an experienced and energetic Club Manager to oversee daily operations, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong leader who understands nightlife operations, team management, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high service standards, and building a vibrant brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day club operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth service
- Supervise opening and closing procedures and ensure operational readiness
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- Ensure cleanliness, ambiance, and overall customer experience standards are met
Team Leadership & Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff, waitstaff, DJs, and security teams
- Create staff schedules and manage shift planning
- Set performance targets and conduct staff performance evaluations
- Foster a positive team culture and high staff morale
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue
- Plan and execute promotions, themed nights, and special events
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Build partnerships with promoters, DJs, and event organizers
Financial & Stock Oversight
- Work closely with accounting and stock control teams
- Monitor daily sales, expenses, and profitability
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures and loss prevention measures
- Approve procurement and inventory management processes
Customer Experience & Brand Building
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain strong social media and brand presence
- Ensure a safe and welcoming entertainment environment
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years' experience in hospitality/nightclub management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of bar operations and event management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing high-volume nightlife venues
- Strong marketing and event planning skills
- Financial management and budgeting knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
