Entrepreneurship Trainer – St. Joseph’s Technical Institute for the Deaf Nyang’oma (Bondo)
Location: Bondo Sub-County, along Bondo–Kopolo–Wagusu Road (approx. 12 km from Bondo Town), Siaya County

Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake training in areas of specialization
- Prepare professional training documents
- Set, moderate, administer, and mark examinations
- Conduct research under supervision
- Supervise trainees’ projects and practical work
- Provide guidance and counseling
- Maintain discipline among trainees
- Participate in curriculum development and review
- Develop training manuals
- Participate in performance appraisals
- Perform any other assigned duties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Higher National Diploma in Entrepreneurship or equivalent
- Licensed by TVETA or meet licensing requirements
- At least 2 years teaching experience
- Knowledge of CBET (Competency Based Education and Training)
- Computer literate
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
