Duties and Responsibilities
- Training and assessment in hairdressing and beauty therapy
- Supervision of students during practical sessions
- Curriculum development and implementation
- Preparation of teaching materials and schemes of work
- Evaluation of student progress and maintaining records
- Ensuring safety and hygiene standards in the workshop
- Participating in institutional development activities
- Any other duty assigned by the management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/HND in Hairdressing & Beauty Therapy or Cosmetology
- Diploma/Craft certificate is an added advantage
- TVETA licensing required
- At least 2 years experience in training or industry
- Computer literate
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
