About the Role
A premier female hostel in Kisumu is seeking an experienced Female Matron to manage student welfare and facility operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Student Welfare & Governance: Monitor student behavior & address concerns.
- Operational Management: Oversee bookings & marketing activities.
- Facility Oversight: Ensure cleanliness & maintenance.
- Maintenance Coordination: Inspect rooms & follow up on repairs.
Candidate Specifications
- Education: Diploma or Certificate in Housekeeping & Institutional Management.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Computer literate, fluent in English & Kiswahili.
- Attributes: Aged 35-45, friendly & professional.
