The Position
As a Program Coordinator and M&E Officer at Lightup Impact, you'll be responsible for managing and coordinating two main programs within our organization: capacity strengthening online and in-person trainings and networking events (public and private to our members). You will also be responsible for data collection and analysis based on pre-existing M&E frameworks.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, coordination, and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
- Work closely with the program manager to ensure the project workplan is smoothly implemented.
Stakeholder engagement and partnerships:
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with program participants, partners, donors, trainers, and other stakeholders through regular communication, engagement, and feedback mechanisms.
Monitoring, evaluation, and reporting:
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and reporting of program data and performance indicators to assess progress, measure outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the program manager to monitor program activities and progress against targets, ensuring timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with the communications team, providing content and performance data for quarterly or annual reports.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or certification/diploma in a relevant field such as International Development, Social Sciences, Community Development, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Program Management, or a related discipline.
