The successful candidate will be the face of the brand, playing a key role in customer service, appointment management, and digital marketing.
About the Role
This role combines front office reception duties with marketing and social media responsibilities. You will interact with clients daily, manage bookings, and help grow the brand's online presence through creative content and campaigns.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about beauty, customer service, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Experience
- Welcome and attend to clients professionally and warmly
- Manage bookings, appointments, and walk-in clients
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, emails, and social media messages
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Drive marketing and promotions across social media platforms
- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Assist in running marketing campaigns and special offers
- Support brand visibility and community engagement
- Work closely with the team to deliver excellent client experiences
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, confident, and well-presented personality
- Strong organization and multitasking ability
- Good knowledge of social media marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Passion for beauty, self-care, and customer service
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (beauty industry experience is an added advantage)
