About the Role

A growing interior décor business is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative with strong customer care skills. The role involves selling curtains, carpets, and interior décor items while actively promoting products both in the field and online.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell curtains and related products to walk-in and field customers
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
• Visit clients in the field and measure spaces
• Conduct TikTok Live sessions to showcase and advertise products
• Work closely with the team to grow brand awareness

Requirements

• Experience in sales (preferably home décor or textiles)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to travel within Kisumu for field visits
• Familiar with TikTok and confident doing live product demos
• Customer-focused attitude and professional presentation
