📋 Job Summary
The Executive Housekeeper will oversee all aspects of housekeeping, ensuring guest rooms and public areas are spotless, well-supplied, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily housekeeping schedules and staff duties.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and hotel facilities.
- Ensure adequate stock of cleaning materials, linens, and guest supplies.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping team members.
- Uphold hotel health, hygiene, and safety protocols consistently.
✅ Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Housekeeping or Hotel Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a housekeeping role, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a team and maintain high standards under pressure.
