Team Leaders – Burn Manufacturing (Kisumu)
About the Role:
Burn is looking for Team Leaders in Kisumu to manage and support sales agents in achieving sales and lead generation targets, while ensuring compliance with company procedures and accurate reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage agents in assigned zones to drive quality sales as per targets.
- Communicate company policies to agents and customers.
- Report on lead generation, sales conversion, and key field activities.
- Train agents and customers on relevant business procedures.
- Oversee sales target management and recruitment of agents.
- Prepare regional performance reports and monitor KPIs.
- Gather market intelligence on cookstove sector and competitors.
- Conduct market visits and field travel as needed.
- Ensure agent hiring and retention.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Achievement of monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- High-quality data management with zero errors.
- Submission of accurate daily reports.
- Strong teamwork, integrity, and interpersonal skills.
- Meeting specific activation KPIs when required.
Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of experience as a team leader, preferably in clean cooking, PayGo, or FMCG.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
- Solid understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
- On-ground field experience and strong sales reporting ability.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
