Temporary Assistant – Administration (Kisumu)
Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term
Location: Kisumu County
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake implementation of administration policies and procedures.
- Handle day-to-day running of the general insurance covers.
- Participate in the preparation of applicable monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Monitor outsourced services such as cleaning, mail delivery, transport and reception services.
- Handle staff transport requests and coordinate utility services.
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health requirements.
- Provide administrative support to staff as required.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business and Office Management, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
