Temporary Assistant – Administration (Kisumu)

Contract: 6 Months Fixed Term
Location: Kisumu County

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake implementation of administration policies and procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day running of the general insurance covers.
  • Participate in the preparation of applicable monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • Monitor outsourced services such as cleaning, mail delivery, transport and reception services.
  • Handle staff transport requests and coordinate utility services.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to staff as required.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business and Office Management, or any other relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
