What You Will Do
- Greet customers, offer assistance, and answer product questions.
- Assist customers in locating merchandise.
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems.
- Restock shelves, maintain displays, and assist with inventory counts.
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Ensure price labels are correct and up to date.
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized.
- Participate in in-store marketing events.
- Maintain product knowledge and recommend items to customers.
- Ensure sales floor organization according to guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum KCSE Certificate (High School).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
