Key Responsibilities
- Onboard quality customers through vetting, setting expectations, and training on sanitation standards and payment processes.
- Ensure timely debt collection through visits, calls, and documented payment plans.
- Monitor customer balances, escalate discrepancies, and ensure system accuracy.
- Manage and escalate customer complaints (repairs, missed collections, payment issues) promptly.
- Maintain accurate customer data and verify required documentation.
- Train customers on maintaining sanitation and hygiene standards and conduct refresher sessions.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene survey standards and implement corrective measures.
- Engage customers with closed units to resolve issues and prevent closures.
- Ensure CRM data accurately reflects field operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience in customer service or credit management.
- Experience using an ERP system or Excel.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy skills.
- Physically fit, able to walk daily and sit for long hours.
