Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard quality customers through vetting, setting expectations, and training on sanitation standards and payment processes.
  • Ensure timely debt collection through visits, calls, and documented payment plans.
  • Monitor customer balances, escalate discrepancies, and ensure system accuracy.
  • Manage and escalate customer complaints (repairs, missed collections, payment issues) promptly.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and verify required documentation.
  • Train customers on maintaining sanitation and hygiene standards and conduct refresher sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene survey standards and implement corrective measures.
  • Engage customers with closed units to resolve issues and prevent closures.
  • Ensure CRM data accurately reflects field operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Experience in customer service or credit management.
  • Experience using an ERP system or Excel.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and computer literacy skills.
  • Physically fit, able to walk daily and sit for long hours.
