As a leading global refugee-led organization (RLO) driving systemic change, Refugees Seeking Equal Access at the Table (R-SEAT) works to operationalize meaningful refugee participation as a tool to enhance the responses of the global refugee system.
About R-SEAT
R-SEAT is an international RLO working to enhance the effectiveness of global refugee responses by co-designing transparent, structured, and institutionalized refugee advisory mechanisms. These mechanisms amplify and activate refugee leadership ecosystems and increase the participation of refugees at state levels in a meaningful, sustainable, and transformative way.

Position Overview: Executive Assistant
We're seeking an Executive Assistant who is a passionate and responsive self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills. R-SEAT is a dynamic, international team working with numerous stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft working documents and speaking notes
- Manage complex calendars and schedules
- Liaise with diverse global stakeholders
- Provide comprehensive administrative support
- Maintain contact management systems (CRM)
- Organize filing and documentation systems
Requirements:
- Based in Colombia, Mexico, Lebanon, Syria, Kenya, or Uganda
- Passionate about refugee issues and skilled at supporting diverse teams
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contact management platforms
- Fluent and professional communicator in English
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally
- Thrive in remote-work environment
- Self-motivated with initiative and ownership over tasks
