Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Associate to support the Marketing & Communications team across all areas of digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, social media, and brand communication. This junior role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, is organised, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Content Strategy
- Plan, write, and schedule engaging posts across social platforms
- Maintain a structured content calendar and track performance using insights
- Support community engagement and ensure brand consistency across channels
- Assist in drafting timelines for marketing campaigns and events
2. Email Marketing & Campaigns
- Create newsletters and promotional emails with strong CTAs
- Assist in segmenting audiences, analysing metrics, and refining content based on data
3. Website & SEO Management
- Support in writing, updating, and optimizing website content
- Conduct keyword and SEO research to support organic growth
- Use analytics tools to track performance
4. Content Creation & Writing
- Draft SEO-friendly blogs, press releases, reports, captions, and other marketing copy
- Ensure all content aligns with QS ImpACT's brand voice and strategic goals
- Support the creation of presentation deck content and communication materials
5. General Marketing & Team Support
- Assist with campaign planning, asset organisation, and documentation
- Help coordinate content needs for programmes, events, and partnerships
- Contribute ideas to strengthen digital presence and audience engagement
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications roles
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media management, email marketing tools, and basic analytics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using digital tools (Brevo/Mailchimp, Canva, Buffer, Google Workspace, ClickUp, etc.)
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to high-quality work
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SEO tools or website CMS platforms
- Prior work in youth programmes, sustainability, education, or NGO settings
- Ability to create simple short-form videos is a plus
