Role Overview
The Customer Service Executive will support Swfty customers, riders, and merchants by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.
This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or individuals starting their careers in customer service, operations, or support.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer, rider, and merchant inquiries via chat, email, or phone
- Assist users with orders, delivery updates, payments, and platform support
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally
- Escalate complex cases to the Supervisor when necessary
- Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all interactions
- Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems
- Follow Swfty service guidelines and support processes
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
- 0–1 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or call centre environments
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
