Sales Account Manager - Swfty (Kisumu)

Role Overview
The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for acquiring new merchant partners and managing relationships with businesses on the Swfty platform. This role combines sales, relationship management, and operational support, and is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with local businesses and helping them grow through delivery services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and local businesses
- Present the Swfty platform and explain how it helps businesses grow their sales
- Onboard new merchants onto the platform and assist with account setup
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner merchants
- Support merchants in optimizing their listings and operations
- Monitor merchant performance and identify growth opportunities
- Work with operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of merchant onboarding and interactions
- Achieve merchant acquisition and growth targets
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Experience working with SMEs, retail businesses, or hospitality businesses is an advantage
