Qualifications & Experience
- Male candidate with prior experience in hotel front office or customer service roles
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Front Office Operations, or related field (added advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic computer systems; experience with hotel PMS is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently, remain alert, and multitask during night hours
- Professional grooming, integrity, and a guest-first attitude
- Must be available for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
