Job Overview: Bancassurance Sales Officer
Location: Kisumu, Kenya
Employment Type: Full-time
Age Requirement: 25 years and above
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new retail life business from the allocated market
- Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
- Liaising with various departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Providing timely and accurate quotations within turnaround times
- Gathering market intelligence to ensure updated product range
- Follow up to ensure persistency is at acceptable rates
- Promoting CIC brand across the region
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course
- Bachelor's degree is desirable
- Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance – COP/ECOP
- Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII)/LOMA is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent customer care skills
- Age: 25 years and above
