Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Admin/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives while contributing to smooth retail operations across our showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion

Administrative Support

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)

Retail Operations Support

  • Liaise with store managers and retail teams to support operational needs
  • Coordinate vendor, supplier, and partner communications
  • Assist in preparing documents for retail campaigns, events, and activations

Communication & Coordination

  • Draft professional emails, letters, and announcements
  • Act as the first point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field (added advantage)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Previous experience in retail, luxury, or customer-focused environments is an added advantage
